Key Responsibilities

:

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with a smile and professionalism Table Management: Ensure tables are properly set up before service and kept clean and organised during and after dining Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials and recommendations Coordination: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service of food and drinks Guest Satisfaction: Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a comfortable and memorable dining experience Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and follow all hotel hygiene and safety protocols
