Job Description

The Steward is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and attention to detail to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly according to service standards. Provide information about menu items, specials, and recommendations when requested. Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave. Assist in setting up the dining area before service and closing duties afterward. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per company policy. Handle billing and payment processes if required. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
