Job Description

Cleanliness and Sanitation:

Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, inspect facilities, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and potentially other inventories related to their area of responsibility.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, like the culinary team, to ensure timely and effective cleaning of service areas.

Problem Solving:

Proactively address issues and concerns related to cleanliness and service.

Guest Experience:

Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment.
