Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities of a Steward:



Cleaning and Maintenance:

Ensure kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized. Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Sanitize surfaces and dispose of waste properly.

Inventory and Stocking:

Keep track of kitchen supplies like utensils, cleaning products, and dishware. Report shortages or restock items as needed.

Support to Kitchen Staff:

Assist chefs and cooks by bringing ingredients or cleaning workstations. Ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen by managing cleanliness and readiness.

Safety and Hygiene Compliance:

Follow health and safety regulations. Wear proper uniform and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain food safety standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and service staff to support efficient operations. Communicate effectively regarding needs or issues in the work area.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
