Set up tables before service with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
Monitor table needs, such as refilling water or replacing utensils.
Customer Interaction:
Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to address questions.
Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and tools.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in restocking supplies or rearranging setups during service.
