Common Duties and Responsibilities

Sanitation & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in dining areas, kitchens, and other facilities.

Dishwashing & Equipment:

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are ready for use.

Table Setup & Reset:

Prepare and set tables with essentials like cutlery, condiments, and trays. Clear tables and reset them after guests leave.

Inventory & Stocking:

Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Guest Assistance:

Greet guests, listen to their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff or provide basic information.

Staff Support:

Assist servers and kitchen staff with various tasks, including food preparation, collecting orders, and supporting operations during busy periods.

Waste Management:

Handle the disposal of waste and maintain recycling protocols according to standards.

Event Support:

Assist in setting up and breaking down dining or event spaces as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Hospitality & Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all operational details are in place.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and move for extended periods, lift and carry items, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork:

Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Communication:

Good verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
