Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
Support chefs by organizing and delivering clean equipment and tools.
Refill and maintain stock of cleaning supplies as needed.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and cleaning up afterward, if required.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina for standing and moving for extended periods.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel (preferred but not mandatory).
