The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, supporting kitchen staff, handling dishwashing duties, and ensuring hygiene standards are met in all food preparation and storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and arrangement.
Ensure kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas are clean and organized.
Dispose of waste according to proper hygiene and safety regulations.
Refill kitchen supplies such as soaps, napkins, and sanitizers as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and related tools.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
Support smooth operations in the kitchen during peak hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass preferred.
Previous experience as a steward or helper in a restaurant/hotel (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
Understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
