We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Steward to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. As a Steward, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Steward or in a similar role
• Excellent intercultural communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Valid \'Serving It Right\' certification
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders from guests and ensure accurate recording of their preferences
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of orders
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction
• Assist in setting up and closing the dining area
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience
