Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and check tickets or passes
Guide visitors to seats, entrances, exits, or facilities
Monitor crowd safety and report any issues
Assist during emergencies by following safety procedures
Provide information and answer guest questions politely
Enforce venue rules and regulations
Support event staff and security teams

Calm and responsible under pressure
Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Often involves standing or walking for long periods
