Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, reflecting the Fired Up personality.
Present menus, explain specialties, and highlight signature artisanal pizzas.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve dishes in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation.
Check on guests regularly and ensure complete satisfaction.
Stewarding & Support Duties
Clear and clean tables promptly during and after service.
Polish cutlery, glassware, and plates as required.
Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas.
Support basic stewarding tasks such as dish handling, waste disposal, or cleaning when required.
Ensure all service areas are fully stocked (napkins, cutlery, condiments).
Operational Responsibilities
Assist with opening and closing procedures for the dining area.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Captain and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Follow table numbers, order sequence, and service flow efficiently.
Handle takeaway and delivery pickups with accuracy and courtesy.
Sales & Upselling
Recommend add-ons such as starters, premium toppings, beverages, and desserts.
Inform guests about promotions, new items, and seasonal specials.
Contribute to increasing sales while maintaining genuine, friendly service.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow all hygiene and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards when applicable).
Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards as per Fired Up policy.
Practice safe handling of hot dishes, sharp items, and cleaning chemicals.
Report any safety issues or maintenance concerns immediately.
Skills & Requirements
Experience as a Waiter, Runner, or Steward (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and guest-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food service and POS operation (training provided).
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and busy hours.
