Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in dining areas and service areas by cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Greet customers, welcome them, and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain specials, offer recommendations, and accurately take food and drink orders.
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and courteously.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, address any concerns or requests, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Deliver checks to customers and process payments accurately.
Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses before guests are seated.
Clearly communicate order details to kitchen and bar staff.
Promote and suggest additional products or specials to customers.
Adhere to all relevant health department regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
