Supervise and manage waitstaff to ensure they deliver high-quality service.
Coordinate dining service and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle any guest complaints or special requests with professionalism.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train and mentor staff to maintain service standards.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events and functions.
