Greet guests courteously and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menu and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-presented at all times.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
Follow service sequence and restaurant SOPs at all times.
Support in clearing tables, resetting, and restocking service areas.
Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and polished.
