Ensure cleanliness of all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and serving dishes.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as per hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, back-of-house, and service stations.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables during service as needed.
Restock service stations with clean utensils, napkins, and supplies.
Handle waste disposal and follow proper segregation and recycling procedures.
Support the kitchen and service teams during busy hours.
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
