Job Description

Guest Service:

Greeting guests, seating, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing needs.

Cleanliness & Sanitation:

Washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining hygiene in dining/kitchen areas.

Operations Support:

Setting tables, stocking stations (cutlery, condiments), assisting kitchen/serving staff.

Inventory:

Managing cleaning supplies, cutlery, and ensuring equipment readiness.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

Washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment (manually or by machine), and maintaining general cleanliness of all operational and dining areas.

Table Service:

Setting and clearing tables, replacing linens and cutlery, and ensuring serving stations are stocked with essentials like condiments and napkins.

Customer Interaction:

Greeting guests, seating them, presenting menus, serving water/drinks, and addressing basic customer queries or directing them to management.

Kitchen Support:

Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation (e.g., preparing salads, cutting vegetables), managing waste disposal, and organizing inventory and stock.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
