Responsible for the proper set up of all tables in his station.
To ensure linen, silver, china, glassware and all other table items of his area are clean and in proper condition before use.
Receive order from the guest or through captain for food and beverage and place them in the kitchen / Bar.
Should promote food sales through suggestive selling
Must be able to describe all dishes on menu to the guest.
He should know daily specials / items not available before the start of service.
To pick up orders for proper station in kitchen / Bar according to sequence and serve them to guests
To refer complaints on food and beverage items or service to his superior / manager.
Prompt clearance from the tables
To accept payment for orders served, remits cash or signed restaurant check to cashier and if cash transaction, return full change to guests.
To thank and wish the guest before seeing him off.
To perform related duties as required.
