Responsible for providing stenographic and administrative support, including typing, data entry, record maintenance, and office documentation. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Take dictation and transcribe notes accurately.
Draft, type, and format official letters, reports, and other documents.
Manage correspondence, emails, and office files (digital and physical).
Perform data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist in general office coordination.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
