Job SummaryShould have experience in Detail Engineering, EPC projects for Refinery / Chemical / Petro
chemicals / Oil & Gas Plants Hands on experience on Static Equipment like Pressure Vessel, Columns, Column Internals, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Filters, Plate Heat Exchangers, FRP Tanks etc. Familiarity with Specifications & Standards of reputed Process Licensors / EPCs / Clients
in Refinery / Chemical / Petrochemicals / Oil & Gas Plants In depth knowledge of design Codes & Standards viz., ASME Sec VIII Div 1 & 2, ASME Sec II,TEMA, EJMA, API 650, B31.1, B31.3,, ASME B16.5 & 16.47, IBR, WRC 107, WRC 537, Wind, Seismic design of equipment as per IS & International standards. etc. Hands on experience on Pressure Vessel Design software like PV Elite, Compress, Code Calcs, AutoCAD Idea of 3d modelling review in softwares likes Smart plant review (SPR) / Nevis works Preparation of Mechanical datasheet & Strength calculations Preparation of Material Requisitions. Support and Guide drafting team to prepare equipment General Arrangement Drawings of Static Equipment like Pressure Vessels, Columns, S&T Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks etc. Carrying out vendor offer review, Technical Query (TQ) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) report preparation. Checking and reviewing of Vendor Documents like Bill of material,Assembly, and fabrication drawings, Calculation Reports. Able to interface with other disciplines for carrying out activities related to static equipment engineering. Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills Qualifications Qualification: B.E.
