Sourcing Tie ups: Tying up with relevant sourcing agents in the industry and build alternate sourcing channels. 4. Guiding the team for achieving the Business. 5. Team Management and Its Productivity. 6. Monitoring for the sales process and its effectiveness. 7. Fee Income and Process Management. 8. Train and provide technical expertise to Relationship Managers / Field Sales Staff on the various Products. 9. Co-ordinating with the corporate team for restructuring products as per the specific regional need. 10. Cross-selling of products. 11. Maintain Nil NPA.
