, bridging sales targets with logistical demands, and managing teams for customer satisfaction across the region, involving extensive travel and P&L responsibility for the state's parts division. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development:
Drive spare parts sales, appoint new dealers/distributors, expand geographical coverage, and execute promotional campaigns.
Inventory & Procurement:
Forecast demand, manage stock levels, control costs, implement inventory software, and ensure timely procurement.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring high performance.
Customer & Vendor Relations:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure excellent customer service, resolving complaints.
Reporting & Strategy:
Prepare sales reports, analyze key metrics, and align strategies with overall company goals, managing budgets.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven sales/distribution experience (channel sales) in the auto/appliance/related industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain best practices.
Ability to travel extensively across the state.
Data analysis skills (forecasting, reporting).
