Educational Qualification: MBA / CA/ ICWA/ CS/ M.com/ BCom. (Hons.)



Desired Experience: Experience in Credit / Sales / Collections with minimum experience of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Credit



Key Objective of the Job: Handling the \xe2\x80\x9cCredit Underwriting & Portfolio management\xe2\x80\x9d of all the branches in the Zone.



Key Deliverables: \xef\x83\x98 Timely due diligence of the funding proposals of the branches. \xef\x83\x98 Ensuring the Credit policy implementations. \xef\x83\x98 Managing and supervising CPA/ FI agency/ valuation agency operations. \xef\x83\x98 Ensuring quality portfolio of the branches within the set parameters. \xef\x83\x98 Conducting training for FI/CPA/ Channels and cross verticals at regular intervals \xef\x83\x98 Visiting Channels/ Branches and customers at regular intervals. \xef\x83\x98 Providing market feedback through field visits and networking with Credit counterparts of competition. \xef\x83\x98 Providing inputs for localized schemes based on market dynamics and delinquency studies. \xef\x83\x98 Audit of files and Process and taking corrective measures. \xef\x83\x98 Complying to audit Queries.
