Job Responsibilities:
1.Should understand the market better and identify key parameters to be focused on for developing the business in the state 2.To devise strategy for achieving volume, rank and other targets pertaining to the respective cities in the state, Should handle and manage the entire business of the state 3.To analyze data wrt leads, visits and conversion to cover up for gaps and lacks 4.To ensure that team maintains good relations with the used POS Agents registered with insurancedekho 5.To manage the costs involved and have a thorough understanding of the unit economics of the state 6.To take care of P&L of the state by cutting short on expenses wheresoever possible 10.To look out for new city expansions as per the business requirements
