Farmgate Technologies Pvt. Ltd . is looking for State Coordinator (Tamilnadu) based at Chennai. Roles & Responsibilities Single Point-of-Contact for all stakeholders (Marketing Board, Mandis in the state, Government of India etc.) for receiving, documenting and resolving changes related to the e-NAM project. Troubleshoot various day-to-day incidents, technical interruptions & other situations at mandis and coordinate with development team/ central project team for early resolution Regular monitoring of progress of e-NAM software towards greater acceptance of e-NAM among Farmers, traders and other stakeholders Build strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders in the state agriculture department to pave the way for sustainable outcomes in the e-NAM project Providing guidance to clients & educate farmers, traders regarding usage of e-NAM software, reports and dashboards To deliberate with the clients to add new mandis to e-NAM platform to improve presence of e-NAM software. Drafting letters or presentations for clients, as needed to establish clear communication with government of India regarding various developments, enhancements & activities of e-NAM Facilitate client review meetings of e-NAM progress, and based on outcome, coordinate service delivery and/or action plans. Analyse and recommend suggestions for improvement of e-NAM usage in the state. Assists various department personnel in understanding various technical or complex issues regarding e-NAM Participate in e-NAM training sessions as instructor or support member to train mandi officials, farmers and traders on e-NAM software. Travel to various mandi locations and interact with the mandi staff, local farmers & traders to understand various issues faced by them during usage of e-NAM software. Organize interactive meets with various stakeholders across the state to deliver solution presentations/demonstrations Maintain relationship with the clients and work with sales/strategy team for assessing potential upsell and cross sell opportunities in Agri tech products/ IT development in the state
