Senior Digital Marketing Executive

The Possible Inc, the Intelligence Services Vertical of Starfish Growth Partners LLP, offers Digital, Technology and Financial services to the Indian Start-up space. Due to robust growth the company has the immediate requirement for a Digital Marketing Manager. As area specialist, the role holder must be creative, analytical, and experienced to handle digital marketing campaigns, generate leads, conduct market research, and actively engage with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy.

- Forecast and maintain the digital marketing budgets.

- Create visual concepts for promotional activities.

- Manage the digital marketing calendar.

- Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance/presence of social media content across all digital platforms.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

- Track & measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

- Create and update digital marketing reports on a regular basis.

- Evaluate competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and create plans to surpass them.

- Manage online content; create strategies to increase online traffic to the organization's website.

- Build an inbound marketing plan and anticipate sales performance trends.

- Make certain that all the concerned resources are utilized appropriately and are accountable for the targets to be achieved.

- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices and provide strategic inputs from a digital initiatives' perspective.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

- Minimum of a Bachelor's/PG Degree in Marketing or similar field

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role

- Experience with digital marketing automation software

- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of web publishing & affiliate platforms

- Proficiency with SEO tools

- Superb verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a chaotic team environment
