We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Director of Growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- We are looking for a self-starter who can lead the business development cycle.
- Create a list of key clients and engage with them, convincing them with data insights and closing contracts.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our presence in the market.
- Implement data-driven approaches to optimize the sales process and enhance overall performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree from a Tier I college or equivalent experience.
- Experience in B2B CRM systems and processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
