The 6S Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the 6S methodology within the organization. This role ensures that the workplace is organized, efficient, safe, and continuously improving. The 6S Coordinator will work closely with Service Centre to foster a culture of standardization and continuous improvement, leading to increased safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead the implementation of the 6S methodology across all Service Centre.
Conduct 6S training sessions for employees to ensure understanding.
Create and maintain standardized procedures and work instructions in alignment with 6S principles.
Ensure that all standardized processes are documented, updated, and communicated effectively and also Check Cameras on Regular Basis..
Monitor compliance with standardized procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular 6S audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Provide ongoing training and support to employees on 6S practices and principles.
Develop and deliver refresher courses and new hire orientation related to 6S..
Facilitate workshops and improvement teams focused on 6S initiatives.
Conduct Departmental Exams Monthly Basis, National Formal Exam/State Technical Exam/ State Stand. Exam.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of 6S goals with overall business objectives
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree Diploma in a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and managing 5S/6S methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to train, coach, and influence employees at all levels.
Proficient in using standard office software and familiarity with continuous improvement tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
