Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, use social media, network, attend job fairs, and build candidate pipelines. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings/interviews, manage the ATS, and coordinate with hiring managers. Candidate Management: Ensure a positive experience, manage candidate data, conduct background checks, and prepare offer letters. Onboarding & Compliance: Support orientation, manage new hire paperwork, and ensure adherence to employment laws. Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring status reports.
