Job Description

Patient Care & Monitoring:

Provide round-the-clock nursing care to ICU patients, including ventilated and high-dependency cases. Monitor vital signs (BP, HR, SpO2, temperature), neurological status, fluid balance, and report deviations promptly. Administer medications, IV fluids, and critical care treatments as per doctor's orders and protocols.

Technical & Equipment Handling:

Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators, and suction machines. Ensure accurate calibration, sterilization, and functioning of equipment before and during patient use.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, hypotension, or respiratory failure. Assist in resuscitation procedures (e.g., CPR, intubation, code blue response).

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate nursing notes, fluid charts, medication records, and patient progress reports. Communicate effectively with doctors, ICU team, and family members regarding patient condition and care plans.

Infection Control & Safety:

Follow strict infection control practices including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment sterilization. Ensure proper isolation of infectious cases and safe waste disposal.

Patient & Family Support:

Educate and support patients and their families about procedures, prognosis, and emotional care needs. Address concerns with empathy while maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
