Position : Staff Nurse (Female)
Age Requirement: 30 years and above
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Salary: ₹20,000 - ?35,000 per month
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Rest)
7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Weekly Off: No off on Sundays

A staff nurse is a registered nurse responsible for the direct care of patients, which includes assessing their condition, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate patient records. Key duties also involve collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients and their families about health management, and providing general patient support like assisting with daily activities and preparing patients for procedures.
Key duties and responsibilities
Patient care and monitoring:
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs (such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature), and respond to changes in their health.
Medication administration:
Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for side effects and reactions.
Technical procedures:
Perform technical procedures such as catheterization, dressing wounds, and administering oxygen therapy.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
Patient and family education:
Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatment plans, and how to manage their health at home.
Collaboration:
Work with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and implement patient care plans.
Support and assistance:
Assist patients with daily activities and comfort, and provide support to families, especially during difficult times.
Emergency response:
Provide urgent care and life-saving assistance in emergency situations.
