Job Description

Patient Care:

Deliver holistic nursing care to patients, including assistance with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and medication. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatment. Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed by physicians.

Clinical Duties:

Assist in diagnostic tests, sample collection, dressing changes, catheterization, and minor procedures. Prepare patients for surgeries, investigations, or transfers as needed. Observe patients for changes in condition and inform the concerned doctor/nursing incharge promptly.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate patient records including nursing notes, medication charts, and incident reports. Update case sheets and handover reports during shift changes.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and family members on disease management, discharge instructions, and medication use.

Infection Control & Safety:

Follow hospital infection prevention protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and sterilization. Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per biomedical waste guidelines.

Equipment & Inventory Management:

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of nursing equipment (BP apparatus, thermometers, etc.). Monitor and request necessary supplies for the ward/unit.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
