Prepare and cook daily meals for staff as per the approved menu.
Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and prepared on time.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and staff dining area.
Monitor food supplies, storage, and stock levels; report shortages promptly.
Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in planning staff meal menus in consultation with HR/Admin and Chef.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and ensure regular maintenance.
Maintain good working relationships with staff and management.
