Job Purpose
Inter-unit Stock transfer Timely Stock transfer as per requirement of plants.
Service entry sheet Timely Creation of service entry sheets for vehicle/labour and maintain in kronos.
GRN preparation of polymer & packing material - Timely GRN preparation, material issuance, gate pass and PV of raw material & packing inventory.
Scrap Management Ensure timely disposal of scrap through E-auction and Management of hazardous waste as per guidelines. Preparation of scrap sale documentation in sap like invoices/gate pass etc.
ISO management - Maintaining and updation of ISO documentation related to stores.
Transportation arrangement Management of transportation for plant to vendor and wise versa.
Freight invoice processing Ensure timely processing of freight invoices.
