1. Purchase of land as per unit requirements. Initiate all land acquisition purchase activities. - Identification & site visit of proposed purchase land. - Verification of khasra Nos. Khasra map. - Verification of revenue records for the last 30 years. - Title search (to know the status of legal / revenue status.) - Preparation of land document. - Coordinate with service provider for registration of sale deed - Possession of land. - Mutation of land (Transfer of ownership)
2. Liaison with government officials and stakeholders- Settle down the land-related & mining-related matters. - Regular visits to the villages.- Develop contact with the villagers. - To negotiate & Deal with land matters. - keep harmonious relations with local villagers/land sellers.
3. Legal matters (Land related)- To attend Civil/revenue court, regarding land-related matters and to appear before the court whenever required.
4. Demarcation & possession of land.- Ensuring demarcation and possession of land purchased directly. - Proper communication to concern Halka Patwari & Revenue Inspector, Tahsildar. - Proper information to internal resources before possession of the land.
5. System Improvement- Prepare land record and MIS for onward submission. Prepare draft reply letters and other correspondences with different offices.
6. Safety- Demonstrate the importance of safety through interaction with our co-members and personal behaviour. - Carried out scheduled safety observation rounds. - Report near miss. - Follow all safety rules & procedures.
