Summary

As the Staff Integrations Specialist for Payroll & Benefits, you will be responsible for managing the complex integration landscape for Payroll & Benefits. The Pay & Benefits delivery is outsourced to 70+ vendors. You will drive integration standards for Employee Self-service, File-transfers, Network connectivity, etc., and lead production triage/resolution. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Payroll & Benefits Integrations for the company; including problem, change and incident management
  • Investigate root cause of severe and systemic outages, identify corrective actions and apply across the enterprise
  • Build and maintain vendor integrations with other systems at GE HealthCare, including Workday, Time & Attendance, Global Payroll Products, Employee Portal and Financial systems for Payroll & Benefits Delivery
  • Actively manage on-time, defect-free delivery of integrations, working with shared platform teams
  • Maintain technology inventory of all integrations in ServiceNow and LeanIX
  • Plan and execute integration builds for vendor and middleware switch outs/transitions
  • Maintain active list of vendor technology contacts for all vendors.
  • Optimize process and utilization of integration platforms/standards
  • Establish performance baseline, capacity thresholds, correlate events, and define monitoring/alerting criteria
  • Provide impact assessment and mitigation plan for changes going into the production environment
  • Develop availability measures that align with consumer experience to accurately assess the usability of crucial services
  • Analyze failure points in services to model risk level and resolution steps if failure occurs. Assist in driving architecture enhancements into system to mitigate potential failure points
  • Perform comprehensive operational health checks of the entire services to identify areas of concern and track activities to drive improvements at all levels of the architecture

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or in \xe2\x80\x9cSTEM\xe2\x80\x9d Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering
    and Math)
  • 3+ years of experience in Technology support of critical systems
  • 2+ years of experience leading support of Payroll & Benefits systems
  • Experience with executing Cyber Security and Controllership deliverables

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll and Benefits processes
  • Experience with HR products like Workday, PeopleSoft
  • Expertise with integration technologies like Globalscape, Boomi, and Informatica
  • Strong business analysis, problem solving, and triaging skills
