Ensure uninterrupted operations of the IT systems to support the Business requirement
Put in place necessary basic infrastructure like proper power, air conditioning, dust-proofing, etc. for the critical equipment like Servers, LAN/WAN equipment, etc.
Create user IDs, check system availability and authorization and authentication as per requirements
Accomplish the job after getting job requisition from authorized head
Take Regular Data Backup
Internet & Intranet:
Coordinate with Group Communication team to update Unit related data in group web site
Manage & Update Knowledge Portal
Planning & Deployment of IT Resources:
Check utilization of existing resources
Check additional requirements based on previous year and current needs
Mails & Messages:
Process for ID creation/Deletion and registration of new mail id in local AD server
Manage & Maintain Users mail Box
Create/update o E-mail Groups
Update policy as per CIT Information Security Guideline
Monitor file system & their extensions
Conduct database log cleaning, data archival & data file extension
Continuous improvement and implementation:
Check the current system and network uptime and response times
Take actions for improvements in uptime and response times
User Support & Customer Satisfaction:
Understand & study of the user requirement
Make the review report of problem
Give target date of the work and design the related document
Ensure prompt Tech Support Activities so as to ensure continuous IT support to Company's strategy and objectives
