About the role - you will:

• Build, drive and lead a team of QA automation engineers
• Be working with the software QA team supporting the Digital transformation project
• Provide automation expertise to project team and troubleshoot automation issues
• Design and development of end-to-end automated tests in UFT, Selenium to validate system functionality of ERP application like SAP, Oracle
• Work with the QA Manager, Program Manager and development lead to define and track metrics
• Help define, create, and continuously improve the testing infrastructure and processes.
• Provide feedback on key usage scenarios, functional and technical designs, and specifications
• Interact with users, business analysts application development teams to understand business technical requirements and design
• Contribute to overall automation framework design and enhancement

About you:

• Familiar with entire software development lifecycle (Unit, Regression, Functional, Sanity, Performance, End-to-End)
• Ability to develop automated test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Able to develop and take ownership of a suite of automated browser-based regression tests using Tosca, Selenium or similar tools
• Execute test cases and test scripts based on priority
• Follow testing standards and processes
• Deep knowledge in in UFT, Tosca, Selenium and API testing and other automation tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Track defects and provide quality metrics (JIRA)
• Ability to work in an iterative, agile process (JIRA)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Your experience includes:

• Experience in Quality Assurance Engineering ( Software System) role
• Automation hands-on background in UFT, Tosca, Selenium and API testing
• Excellent automation in any ERP such as SAP and Oracle
• Good manual software testing background in any ERP such as SAP and Oracle
• Performance testing tools like LoadRunner, Jmeter (added advantage)
