Prepare and assist in cooking food items as per daily cafeteria menu (South Indian/North Indian/snacks etc.)
Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and taste consistency
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas
Handle basic kitchen equipment and ensure their proper use and maintenance
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock usage
Support food service during peak cafeteria hours
Maintain temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and HACCP protocols as required
Cooperate with team members and assist senior chefs as needed
