Job Description

The Staff Cook is responsible for preparing healthy, hygienic, and timely meals for hotel staff as per the approved menu while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare daily meals for staff as per menu plan Cook food in bulk with consistent taste and quality Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and work areas Follow food safety and hygiene standards Control food wastage and portion sizes Store food items properly and check stock availability Clean utensils, kitchen equipment, and work stations Coordinate with stores/admin for kitchen requirements Follow hotel rules, SOPs, and safety procedures

Skills & Competencies



Knowledge of Indian cooking (North & South Indian preferred) Ability to handle bulk cooking Time management and teamwork Basic understanding of hygiene and safety

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass Experience as Staff Cook / Cafeteria Cook preferred Freshers with cooking knowledge may apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
