DAK section Postal & Courier Guest House Operation Estate - Residential complaint redressal system KRA 1: Guest House operation - Front Office, Reservation, Allotment, General upkeep of rooms and common areas House Keeping, Monitoring food preparation and service, wastage control, Transport management. KRA 2: Estate Section\'s jobs related to house checking, making ready as per the checklist, handing over of the house to new joining employees. Monitoring jobs like Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, Pest Control, Dish TV etc., KRA 3: Dispatch Section Handling - Tracking the Doc which we have sent through Postal and Courier. Ensuring the Delivery of Doc to the customer, Coordinating with Courier officer for any issue. KRA 4: Event Management - arranging required items for various events for sitting and food service. Housekeeping and pest control of the area. KRA 5: a) WCM - To assist in achieving QCDIP targets, participate in drives of KFA, basic condition, 5S, abnormalities, kaizen, suggestions, mega cleaning participation, model area developmental activities etc. b) SAFETY - NM, WTI, SO and other safety norms as per the policy guidelines
