The company\xe2\x80\x99s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review the proper coding for all capital expenditure in accordance with the Capitalization policy.
• Research project information in Oracle PPM module to confirm the correct project code is assigned to CAPEX invoices.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to research issues related to project coding prior to payment.
• Investigate and track rejected CAPEX invoices, capital project coding discrepancies, process gaps, system issues and resolve them timely.
• Collaborating with Facilities Management, Development, IT and others to ensure proper coding and classifications for capital expenditures to prevent recurrence.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to all support center and field employees while ensuring all policies are adhered to.

• Four-year business degree, preferably Accounting.

• Prior accounting experience in Accounts Payable process and CAPEX Project accounting.
• System knowledge: Oracle cloud (AP, PPM, GL modules)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication and organizational skills. High level of ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to plan work effectively, to meet the deadlines assigned, and to make sound decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft desktop applications (excel intermediate level)
