Staff Accountant
Job Description
1. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilities organic growth.
2. Resolve queries in timely manner working around the establishment TATs (Turnaround Time)
3. Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
4. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
5. Provide Couching and guidance to staff on accounting and client issues.
6. Interact with clients through email/phone
7. Perform day to day accounting job duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial
reporting for the assigned clients.
8. Experience in to small and midsize business accounting and controllership duties.
9. Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily function.
10. Understand process and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating procedure) as
and when required.
11. Train new resource as and when required.
12. Accounting and controlling knowledge of Financial Statements.
13. Management Reporting Based on measurable KRAs.
14. Accurate Processing of Month-end Procedure.Basic Policies
