Qualification

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skill Required-

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a combination of IT & Digital infra and Application deployment. Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including hands-on experience with server systems, networks, storage solutions, and cloud platforms.
Excellent knowledge about all aspects of information technology specifically with complex infrastructure environments.

Description

IT Infrastructure Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and technological advancements.

Team Management

Coordinate with a team of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, network administrators, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

System Design and Implementation

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, cloud services, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

Vendor Management

Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to procure and maintain IT hardware, software, and services. Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Incident Management

Oversee the resolution of IT infrastructure incidents and outages, ensuring timely response, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.

Capacity Planning

Monitor and manage IT infrastructure capacity, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and planning for future growth and resource requirements.

Security and Compliance

Implement and enforce IT security measures, policies, and best practices to safeguard IT infrastructure and data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT infrastructure systems, conducting regular testing and updates.

Budget Management

Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, tracking expenses, optimizing costs, and making recommendations for investments in technology upgrades.

Stakeholder Communication

Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and end-users to understand their IT infrastructure needs and provide regular updates on project status, performance, and improvements.

Technical Leadership

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management. Provide guidance and mentorship to the IT infrastructure team.

Development Task

Employee should have hands-on development skills for custom business applications. Will have to work on some of the application projects as and when required.
