Attending inbound travel related queries & converting sale for Flight Reservation through calls
-Make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing exceptional Customer Service.
-Offering hotel accommodation, travel insurance and other travel related services as a up selling suggestion
-Ability to understand/ comprehend the customers requirements and respond tactically.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :-Freshers with good communication skillsExperienced Candidates :
-Minimum 6 Months experience in any international Travel BPOShould be passionate about Sales and travel
- Should be excellent in English communications skills and convincing skills.
