At Vestas, SSCBP (Service Supply Chain Business Partner), we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever-developing task in a fast-paced environment. SSCBP Performance Team has the responsibility to define and drive Performance measure across global service supply chain functions chain and support regional supply chain on Performance and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain

.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Govern Performance KPI across Global Service Supply chain function
• Root cause Analysis and Drive actions by collaborating with Supply chain functions
• Scenario simulation and Recovery Plan assessments to give insight to business-critical decisions
• Explore/ define/ adjust system setups, automation which can reduce complexity in the process and support efficiency improvement

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate/postgraduate in any technical stream.
• 5+ years of experience from a global international supply chain functions & Data Analytics.
• Proven experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting
• Should have interest or experience in handling data to extract business insights
• Working knowledge in SQL/R/Python is preferable

Competencies

Technical Skill:

• Good knowledge in SAP (MM, SD module specifically), MS Excel.
• Ability to understand the Master data parameters and its implications on the planning side
• Analytical approach towards problem solving (8D, Fishbone etc.)
• Basic to Advance statistical knowledge
• Ability to understand the complex supply chain network and its intricacies

Personal skills:

• Cross cultural understanding is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Working style should be well structured, proactive, flexible and persistent.
• Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner
• Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water
• Not restricting himself/herself within the Roles & Responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for getting things done
• Challenging the status quo
