Role and Responsibilities Strategic: Should be well versed in Sales & Distribution module of SAP ERP environment and SAP S4 HANA architecture, data modeling and analytics. Frequently engage with business team to identify scope of process improvements. Review performance of the support team. Operational: Conduct a critical review of the change requests raised in terms of standardization and best practices. Follow up with the operational users for timely completion of user testing and closure. Evaluate the solutions provided by the support team along with time estimates. Frequently monitor the status of open tickets with support team and ensure timely implementation of the solutions. Ensure adherence to the Change Management Process. Team and People Should be able to deal with cross functional and international teams. Should possess excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: SAP SD Implementation in ECC and S4 HANA environment. SAP CRM. Qualifications: Essential: Graduate / B.E. Desirable: MBA or equivalent. SAP Certification in SD module preferably S4 HANA environment. Work Experience: Essential: Minimum 2 years of support at a team lead level in SAP ECC and S4 HANA environment. Minimum 2 SAP implementations as SD team lead in SAP ECC and S4 HANA migration (greenfield or brownfield). Minimum 2 years in SD business domain viz. Sales, Dispatch, or Supply Chain. Desirable: DESIRED AGE PROFILE : 28-35 years ADDITIONAL REMARKS: Mumbai based candidate preferred.
