Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture, data and information management systems and components. Establishes design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements. Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle. Leads the development and configuration management of architecture views and models. Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives. Performs trade-off analyses. Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments. Drafts data and information management products and service standards. Assess impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle.

Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies.
Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment.
Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.
Independently carry out/lead workshops for requirement gathering and design build.
Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.
Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues.
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers. Assess and Propose O2C capabilities and trade off with business and SIs to promote adoption of standard best practices.,

Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way
Flexibility to work with overlapping time zones with the US teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Technical Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
12 years of experience developing SAP business systems and processes in large and complex business environment and should have 7 of years of experience in SAP SD
Ability to assist with assessments of the impact of architectural decisions across applications.
Create, maintain and implement standards and reference architectures
Understanding of full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions.
Candidate should have done 2 SAP SD E2E implementation project. Minimum 1 E2E implementation in S/4 HANA.
Strong knowledge in SAP SD with Integration with MM, TM, WM, PP and FICO.
Must have strong conceptual and hands on implementation knowledge in SAP SD mainly covering: Business Partner, Contracts, SD Master Data, Order Management, Credit Management, Billing, Estimation & Pricing, Condition types, Output management, aATP, project related billing, and Integrations with other modules.
Should have worked on End-to-End process in OTC processes, across various business scenarios.
The candidate must have worked and depth knowledge on Interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP systems. Worked on IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs and Customs programs.
Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests.
Familiar with Supply Chain business models, Contracts and Fiori UI
Should be able to lead application assessments and integrations with S/4 HANA in O2C space.
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 E2E implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
Experience working with SAP EDI, RFC and interface with non-SAP systems.
Experience with Business Process and/or Services Modeling in global business environment.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 12 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education.
