Company Deccan Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Leading manufactures in polymer Insulator Industry located at Sultanpur- Hyderabad is looking for a candidate for the position of SR. Manager -Quality. Position Summary The Senior Manager - Quality, is a key member of the plant leadership team who is responsible for the overall quality of the products, IMS Systems implementation, and Customer inspections. Provides leadership and supervision to the Quality Management team in maintaining customer quality and implementing IMS system requirements: Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices as per customer specifications. Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure product consistency, reliability, and compliance with specifications. Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IMS standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance. Investigate customer complaints or quality issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records, and ensure final customer inspections and acceptance. Ensure effective communication of quality-related information to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to quality assurance in the polymer insulator manufacturing industry. Qualification : 8 to 10 years experience in a relevant field preferably from Power Equipment Industry / Polymer Insulators Proven experience in quality assurance with in Plastics / Rubber manufacturing industry with a focus on injection molding processes Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control methodologies, and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience in leading and managing a team of quality assurance professionals Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using quality management tools. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, Quality assurance certifications are desirable
