Amazon is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast paced world of Payroll operations. We are not an average retailer and this is definitely not your average payroll position reporting in through Amazon Finance Operations. We’re looking for exceptional people with outstanding communication, problem solving skills, payroll process combined with payroll system knowledge, and customer service passion.
Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with at least four years in Payroll or Accounts Receivables process in a large customer-oriented corporate environment.
Responsibilities also include:
- Calculate Overpayment and follow-up with employee for collections
- Record receivables and payments and repayment plan in Simplicity ( collection management tool)
- Process Overpayment Tickets and Emails as per SLA
- Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat and emails
- Handle escalation calls related to Over payment and Receivables
- Process and explain manual check calculations, work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand root cause of over payment/receivable and provide details to employees
- Prior experience in APAC Payroll
- Knowledge on Philippines Payroll is preferred
- Strong problem solving and review skill
