Job Requirements
Prior Experience in program management of complex software development projects

• Broad understanding of Software Engineering development processes and SDLC.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and drive the team towards the common goals
• Influence peers and partners across teams and Business Units
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Expertise in Agile project management & methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with hands on expertise in project management tools like JIRA, tableau.
• PMP and/or ACP Certification highly desired

Responsibility and Interaction:
Responsibility: - The tasks this individual is responsible for are often unstructured, have wide
implications and there are multiple outcomes. Initiative in solving problems that are unique and extremely complex given time, budget and resource constraints.
Interaction: - This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within and across cross functional teams.
Education
Requires a minimum of 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
